ABOUT ME
I’m Simarpreet Kaur — a driven and curious fourth-year Computer Science student with a passion for making sense of data. Through hands-on work in Python, SQL, Tableau, and machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, I've built and presented projects that tell powerful stories with numbers.
I thrive on building practical solutions: from visualizing user behavior in apps like Waze, to predicting survival on the Titanic using classification models, to designing dynamic dashboards in Tableau that track lightning strike patterns. My analytical mindset is backed by technical skills and a strong foundation in data cleaning, feature engineering, and EDA.
I'm constantly learning — through certifications from IBM, Google, and BrainStation — and I aim to bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project I take on. Whether it’s drawing insights from raw datasets or presenting executive summaries, I enjoy transforming complexity into clarity.
Outside of code and data, I enjoy solving puzzles, exploring design aesthetics in portfolios, and collaborating on meaningful tech-driven projects that create impact.
